A group of mothers created a Facebook group to share paleo lunchbox recipes for their kids to take to school, and ask advice on explaining to children why they can't eat things like bread anymore. The public group, titled 'Paleo lunchbox ideas' has almost 7,000 members from all around the world.
来自世界各地的近7000名母亲在Facebook成立了名为“原始人便当创意”的组织,专门分享为孩子制作的带往学校的“原始人”便当食谱,并询问大家如何向孩子解释为何不能吃面包等食物。
Pete Evans, the King of paleo, has come under fire recently for suggesting children drink bone broth, with one doctor suggesting this paleo recipe could be fatal to babies.
“原始人之王”彼得•埃文斯近建议孩子们应该喝骨头汤,因此招致许多人的批评,有医生表示,对婴儿来说,原始人食谱可能是“致命的”。
The paleolithic diet (also called the paleo diet, caveman diet or stone-age diet) is based mainly on foods presumed to be available to paleolithic humans. It includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, meat, and organ meats while excluding foods such as dairy products, grains, sugar, legumes, processed oils, salt, and alcohol or coffee.
“原始人饮食法”主要是采用旧石器时代的人类所使用的食材。包括蔬菜、水果、坚果、植物的根、肉类以及动物内脏器官,不包括奶制品、谷物、糖、豆类、加工过的油、盐、酒精和咖啡。
